Children’s City

On Saturday, a panel discussion is held which will be opened by specialists with the theme “Children’s City”. A thinker once said that a city should be a place where a child can discover what they want to do when they grow up. During the panel, the fulfilment of this thought in Oulu is discussed as well as the city’s development through the experiences of children and the elderly.
