Pets in Library

You can visit some libraries in Oulu with well-behaved, calm pets. You can return materials and pick up reservations with a pet. Staying for extended periods and walking around the library with your pet is not permitted.

Dogs and other pets should be kept on a leash or in their own carrier during the visit. Pets are not allowed to roam freely in the library facilities.

Service dogs and guide dogs are always allowed to enter the library.
