Application for research permit

With the research permit application for Education and Cultural Services, you can apply for a permit to conduct research at the City of Oulu's daycare centre, comprehensive school, upper secondary school, Oulu Conservatory, Oulu-opisto, Oulu Art School, Youth Services, Sports Services and Cultural Services.
