The city of Oulu’s Media Bank includes pictures of Oulu in different seasons and pictures of different public buildings and landmarks. The pictures can be used in online publications and printed products themed around Oulu and appropriately.

By downloading materials from the Media Bank, you agree to the following terms of use and you are responsible for the appropriate use of the pictures: 

  • The pictures and videos are meant for communications and other non-commercial uses regarding the city of Oulu 

  • The pictures and videos must be used appropriately and according to good practices and must not be presented out of context or for political and ideological purposes. 

  • Pictures must not be archived for personal use or be turned over to third parties 

  • The source of the pictures must be mentioned as follows: Name of photographer / City of Oulu
