Environment Building Service Point
Environment Building is located in Taka-Lyötty near the city center. There are half-hour and three-hour free-of-charge parking spaces (a parking disk required).
Register at the customer service desk, which is located on the right upon entering. You will be referred to a specialist or the specialist will meet you in the lobby.
The customer service will help you with geographic information of the city of Oulu area (so-called map and real estate matters), for example by advising on the interpretation of maps and providing map extracts. In other matters, we recommend contacting our customer service by phone or email to address your matter.

The route to the main entrance

- The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance (max 5 meters), giving easy access to the main entrance.
- The route to the entrance is even, adequately wide and illuminated.
Main entrance
- The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
- The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically with a button.
- There are thresholds over 2 cm high at the entrance.
In the facility
- The customer service point is on the entrance floor.
- The customer service point has directions to the different facilities.
- The doors in the customer service point stand out clearly. The glass doors have contrast markings.
- The waiting room of the customer service point does not have a queue number system. There are seats in the waiting room.
