Oulu is a city of a higher degree of living, studying, working and entrepreneurship. Cultural Climate Change means a new feeling of communality, an attitude of Ouluness and a way of life.
In 2030, Oulu will be a northern and sustainably growing international centre with 230 000 residents. We bring together a humane and joyful atmosphere, high-technology and entrepreneurship as well as original, innovative and smart culture. Oulu has a competent workforce, high-quality educations offerings and a young population. Education builds Oulu.
We built international success stories together and we boldly utilize the opportunities of digitalization. The goal is net growth of 2 000 jobs per year.
