Ukrainians can travel for free on Oulu buses until 30th April 2022

Ukrainian passport and certificate of seizure of passport allows you to travel for free

Until 30.4.2022 Ukrainian citizens can travel for free on Oulu buses by showing their passport or a certificate of seizure of passport issued by the police, border control authority or Finnish immigration service authority (Migri). The certificate bears a stamp of the issuing authority and a scanned copy of passport.

Lines 49 Oulu-Utajärvi and 59 Oulu-Hailuoto

The bus lines 49 and 59 are organized by the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY keskus). The lines number 49 and 49P Oulu-Utajärvi as well as bus lines number 59 and 59S Oulu-Hailuoto take Ukrainians on board for free of charge. For the time being the procedure on line 49S Oulu-Utajärvi is not known.
