Employment Services

The goal of the city of Oulu’s employment services is to decrease unemployment rates and create new jobs. Employment services serve both job seekers and employers, and we cooperate with other employment service providers in the Oulu region.

On top of job seeker and employer services, we offer new measures to promote employment.
