9. Thinking inside the box – challenges and opportunities of learning with social entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurship education and sustainability are two fields that require both teachers and students to think differently about things, sometimes in quite radical ways. Jessica and Anna will share their experiences of the challenges and opportunities they’ve encountered in trying to get students to shift their thinking and be open to learn from these real-life encounters. The seminar will be focused on sharing experiences of getting students – and sometimes perhaps colleagues and even oneself – to think about things differently. Jessica Lindbergh and Anna Wettermark are both lectors at Stockholm School of Economics, Stockholm Business School. They share a common interest in research on social entrepreneurship. Anna focuses in her research on the relational aspects of entrepreneurship. Jessica has an interest in international entrepreneurship and what entrepreneurs learn when they cross national borders.
