Opening Times 

Monday-Friday 9.00-16.00. Use the emergency on-call service on mid-week holidays. 

The emergency on-call service is open at all times every day of the year 

We are obligated to offer on-call veterinary services on weekdays 8.00-16.00. During emergencies we might have to cancel non-urgent surgeries or other appointments to ensure the treatment of emergency cases in order of urgency.

The price list is in effect starting from June 10, 2024

Treatment Fees 

The most usual total treatment fee estimations are listed below. The prices include clinic fees, VATs and medications. Possible follow-up medications or protective collars, for example, are not included in the price. We reserve the right to alter the prices.  

It is not possible to offer exact price estimations beforehand since the final decisions of needed treatments and examinations can only be made during the treatment. 

Treatment 

Basic Examination

Basic examination includes a clinic examination. The examination does not include taking samples or possible medications. 

Vaccinations 

Dogs and cats:

The clinic and equipment fees are revenue-generating charges of the Environment Office of the Oulu Region. The revenue is used for equipment investment and maintenance expenses as well as salary expenses of interns. All clinic fees and equipment fees are public service and veterinary care charges collected by and approved by the Environment Office of the Oulu Region. On-call Service 

The on-call service operates at all times of the day. 

Veterinary fees are increased in the evenings and nights, weekends and on mid-week holidays based on the veterinary treatment times as follows:
