Recurring reservation times for Valve dance studios, meeting room and Kantti crafts workshop available for application until April 30th
The recurring reservation times for the year 08/2025–06/2026 in Cultural Centre Valve´s Dance studios, Meeting room, Kantti crafts workshop and the Comics and Animation class room are available for application until April 30, 2025. Applications will be processed in early May.
Reservation applications are submitted through the Timmi360 reservation system (Timmi sisäänkirjautuminen). For more information about the system and its use at Valve, you can visit our Timmi-webpage: Timmi Booking Service | Cultural Centre Valve. Applicant should make the reservations as a recurring reservation on the booking calendar. In addition to specifying your preferred time, please mention an alternative time in the additional information field of the application. Please note that if a granted reservation is canceled during the season, it is the applicant’s responsibility to remove the reservation from the system.
It is also possible to apply the reservations with a free form application. The application should include contact and invoicing information with the primary preferred reservation time and a secondary preferred reservation time.
