The Cadastral Surveyor Services unit takes care of the maintenance of the Real Estate Register in the city of Oulu's detailed plan areas and the land management implementation of detailed plans.
We draw up plot division plans for the city block areas determined in the detailed plan, which indicate the size and location of future construction sites. We also carry out cadastral surveys of the detailed plan area, such as plot parcelling, parcelling of public areas, easement surveys and property definition.
In the areas that do not have a valid detailed plan, the National Land Survey of Finland is responsible for legal cadastral surveys and maintenance of the Real Estate Register.
Cadastral surveys, decisions by the keeper of the Real Estate Register and changes to plot division plans are paid services.
The valid cadastral survet fees have been approved in the City Council on April 18, 2016.
Section 2.2 of the Urban and Environmental Services Fees document (in Finnish) includes, among other things, fees for plot division plan changes and cadastral certificate.
