One month until the Oulu Days – registration ends on Sunday August 18

The Oulu Days are celebrated on the first weekend of September 6–8, 2024. The Oulu Days programming has been collected during the entire summer. The program is published for visitors and organizers from today onwards on the Oulu Days webpage. The events are published on the site as they are entered into the Event Calendar by the event organizers. The program can also be found in the My Oulu Event Calendar under the tag Oulu Days. 

For example, concerts, exhibitions and sports events have been registered to the program. Some special events for this year are, for example, rope descending in the old Intiö Water Tower, family park parties in the Central Playgrounds in Metsokangas and Kaijonharju and an outdoor escape room round. Most of the Oulu Days events are free of charge for visitors. 

There is still time to register and join by August 18 by registering your event into the My Oulu Event Calendar. Event organizers must remember to add the tag “Oulu Days August 6–8, 2024” to their event in the Event Calendar. Registering your event and using the Event Calendar is free of charge. The events that are registered in time will be included in the shared marketing of the Oulu Days. Further information and instructions for event organizers can be found on the Oulu Days webpage.  

The Oulu Days have been celebrated since 1962 primarily with voluntary work and the tradition continues. The festival is built together by the citizens of Oulu. Associations, private individuals, agencies, institutes and businesses are participating in the program. The city of Oulu’s Event Services is responsible for the compiling organization of the Oulu Days.
