Join us on Oulu City’s regional residents’ evening at Tuira on 30.05 - the residents’ evening is now bilingual!
We welcome you to join a regional residents’ evening arranged by the City of Oulu on 30.05. from 17.30 to 19.30 at Tuira’s D-station (Valtatie 53). At the residents’ evening you will receive information on all the current affairs such as: City of Oulu’s community spaces and how to use them for (for example) hobby activities, information about International House Oulu’s, OSKE’s and Villa Victor’s services for immigrants and information regarding borrowing of exercise equipment intended for all residents of Oulu.
The regional residents’ evening is free of charge and open to everyone. The event is bilingual, and all of the activities are in Finnish and in English. There will be coffee offered at the event. At the event, there will be City of Oulu’s experts, who will be delighted to hear from the residents of Oulu. At the Tuira D-station, residents will be informed also about Tuira community space’s activities.
If you are interested in being a friendship family for an immigrant family or you are an immigrant family looking for a Finnish friend family, there is also a chance to get to know people independently at the event. Tuira’s community space is also looking for volunteers in their various events, and if you are willing, you may register yourself as a volunteer in Tuira’s community space activities.
A similar event will also be held later at Rajakylä’s community space (Tervakukkatie 54, Talvikkipuisto) on 11.6, from 17.30 to 19.30.
