Electronic eVaka will be available from the beginning of September - check your child's information in Vaka Effica

We announced earlier that the eVaka will be introduced in the City of Oulu's early childhood education services as of 1 May 2022. The implementation of the system will be postponed and eVaka will be launched on September 1, 2022. Until then, the Vaka Effica system will be in use.

Data on early childhood education are transferred from Vaka Effica to eVaka. In order to transfer the correct information from Vaka Effica to eVaka, we ask you guardians to check your own information in Vaka Effica and correct any errors, such as address errors.
 

You can get a decision about the place of early childhood education electronically

Did you already know that you can receive a decision about the place of early childhood education electronically if you have accepted the receipt of electronic messages on the suomi.fi website?

Please accept the receipt of electronic messages at: https://www.suomi.fi/messages

If you have not approved the electronic communications, you will receive the decision by mail within approximately seven (7) business days of sending the decision.
