New opening times of Oulu10 Service Points starting from January 2, 2025

The coming year 2025 will bring with it changes to the opening times of Oulu10 Service Points. The new opening times will become active starting from Thursday January 2, 2025: 

  • City centre: Mon – Fri, 10.00–16.00 

  • Haukipudas: Mon – Fri, 10.00–16.00 

  • Kiiminki: Mon & Wed – Fri, 10.00–16.00, closed on Tuesdays 

  • Oulunsalo: Mon – Tue & Fri, 10.00–16.00, Wed 12.00–18.00, closed on Thursdays 

  • Ylikiiminki: Mon – Tue & Thu, 8.30–16.00, closed on Wednesdays and Fridays 

  • Yli-Ii: Mon 13.00–19.00, Tue & Fri 9.00–15.00, closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays 

Phone and online services will continue to be open Mon – Fri, 8.00–16.00. OuluBot is accessible at all times. 

Service Points offer guidance and advice for all city services. In 2024, Oulu10 and OuluBot served municipal citizens a total of 100 000 times.
