Oulu City Library consists of 24 local libraries and two mobile libraries.
Oulu City Library is part of OUTI Libraries. One library card is valid in all OUTI Libraries.
Oulu City Library has a loanable collection located in the Senior Service Centre (Keskustan palvelukeskus) cafeteria in the city centre. The collection is regularly updated.
The collection is available for all service centre's customers and for those who have a valid service centre customer card.
All books borrowed from the service centre cafeteria collection must be returned there. Materials borrowed from elsewhere must not be returned to the Senior Service Centre collection.
