Application for change in service needs

A guardian can agree to a reduced need for services either as shorter daily early childhood education hours, with the child being present for less than 5 hours or less than 7 hours daily, or as full-time early childhood education for 10 days or 13 days per month. The agreement is made for a minimum period of five months and can only be changed during the contract period for a justified reason (family situation, studies, unemployment, layoff, employment, or job change). The agreement is made from the beginning of the month and cannot be made retroactively for the previous calendar month. The City of Oulu has the right to unilaterally change the agreement if it is repeatedly exceeded.
