Byström One-Step Guidance Center serves residents of Oulu under thirty years old on weekdays.
You can visit us without making an appointment or, if you wish, make an appointment by calling or sending a text message or an email. You can use our client computers independently, use the library services and materials for independent information retrieval without making an appointment.

Pulmakulma (Quandary Corner)
Pulmakulma is an open question and answer forum for young people from Oulu where you can ask us anything that is on your mind. The information service advisors of Byström One-Stop Guidance Center will answer the questions within about five working days. Read more about Pulmakulma.
Outreach Youth Work
The city of Oulu's Outreach Youth Work Services are aimed at young people and adults aged 16-29. The outreach youth workers primarily serve young people outside education and working life, as well as those who wish for help with anything they may be concerned about.
