Open early education consists of guided activities for children who are cared for at home. The activities support families that do not require full-time daycare for their children. This is also a good alternative to full-time daycare when one or both parents are at home. Open early education service is free of charge. Families may be eligible for child homecare allowance or private care allowance.
The child can participate in clubs that meet two to three times a week. The child may also participate in club activities together with a familiar adult. The clubs do not offer meals, but children may bring their own snacks.
