The website user survey supports the site’s development work

The user survey form will pop up when you enter the city of Oulu website for the first time after opening the survey. We hope that you will reserve a couple of minutes and stop to answer the survey. Answering the survey will only take a few minutes. If you do not have time or do not want to answer, you may close the survey by clicking the X on the top-right corner. 

The city of Oulu’s website’s renewal work was finished a year ago in November 2023. The website received a new publishing platform. 

We enhanced the service’s appearance and usability in the renewal. The website’s content was regrouped into new categories. Texts were condensed and cleared. A larger number of pages were translated into English than before.  

It has been 30 years since the city’s first website was published. Ouka.fi has served citizens of the municipality since 1994. 

The ouka.fi website has approximately 170 000 users monthly according to user statistics. Pages are viewed approximately one million times every month. The most popular pages are school and daycare centre lunch menus, online services, swimming pools, libraries and ski track cameras. 

The user survey is carried out by Norstat Finland Oy on behalf of the city of Oulu. The survey is open starting from November 25, 2024, and will close by the end of November.
