Single-family home plot fall draw August 12 – September 2, 2024

The city of Oulu’s single-family home plot fall draw begins on Monday August 12 at 8.00 and ends on Monday September 2 at 16.00. 

There are 56 single-family home plots up for application as follows: 

  • Haukipudas: Niittyholma (18 plots) 

  • Korvenkylä (12 plots) 

  • Oulunsalo: Niemenranta (7 plots) 

  • Ritaharju: Vähäoja (19 plots) 

You may see and apply for the plots in the online application service. The plots have become visible in the service on Monday August 5 at 8.00.

Welcome to Plot Day on August 12, 2024 

You are welcome to see the fall plot offerings on the Plot Day on Monday August 12, 2024, at 13.00–17.00. The event is held in the Environment House, address Solistinkatu 2. Participating will be, among others, the city of Oulu’s Land Use Planning, Building Control, Oulu Waterworks and Oulun Energia.  

There will be a draw among the participants of Plot Day, and the winner will receive a ticket package to the Housing Fair in Oulu 2025.
