Library opening hours around New Year

Libraries are open between Christmas and New Year.

On New Year's Eve, 31.12.2021, all libraries in Oulu will close by 17:00.

All libraries, including self-service libraries, are closed on New Year's Day, 1.1.2022.

Self-service libraries also close earlier than regular until further notice.
