Customer matters
The customers of the city of Oulu’s Integration Services are quota refugees and immigrants with residence permits based on international protection who have moved to Oulu. The customer relationship is in effect for the first three years after receiving a residence permit.
Integration Services offer guidance and advice in matters and services that promote integration. An initial assessment is compiled with the customer and an integration plan if needed.
Intergration specialists, counselors and home carers are employed in Integration Services.
Customers are served with and without appointments. Interpretation is arranged for meetings if needed.
