Customer matters
Integration Services offer guidance and advice accordance with the integration law. The right to integration services begins with the first municipality of residence entry. The customer relationship ends when the right to an integration plan ends.
Customer groups of integration services:
quota refugees
Immigrants who have received a residence permit based on international protection or temporary protection.
immigrants outside the employment service who are entitled to services under the integration law
Integration services provides guidance and advice on measures and services promoting integration. For clients outside the labour force, we prepare an assessment of skills and integration service needs and, if necessary, an integration plan.
Integration services employ integration experts, counsellors and home helpers. Customers are served both by appointment and without an appointment. Interpretation is booked for meetings as needed.
