Linnansaari Island
Linnansaari is a central island near Oulu city centre. It connects the Kuusisaari Event Park and the Raatti Sport Centre, including the ruins of the Oulu Castle and the Tähtitorni Café.

Greenspaces, vegetation, trees and equipment in the area must not be damaged
The event organizer is responsible for waste management and sanitation
The ruins of the Oulu Castle are located in the area and they must be protected if needed
The Tähtitorni Café and Wakepark operate in the area and their operations must not be obstructed
The event must not obstruct the cycle path

Total area: approximately 20 000 m²
Asphalt and rock dust paths cross the grass area
There are fixed park benches in the area
Water and wastewater
There are no toilets or water points in the area
Power and lighting
There is an Oulun Energia distribution board next to the café building, maximum of 3 x 63 A. Utilization requires a temporary electricity contract with Oulun Energia.

A general public space utilization permit is required to use the venue. The permit is applied for via the ePermit service (in Finnish).
The use of public spaces is subject to a charge. The fees are determined by the Urban and Environment Services of Oulu’s price list (in Finnish).
