Education Development

The task of Oulu's development teachers is the development of pedagogy, learning environments and evaluation methods from early childhood education and care all the way to upper secondary education. They support the growth, learning and well-being of young people and children by developing the competence of education staff.

Development teachers participate in curriculum development and write support materials. They also participate in different city workshops and work in local, national and international networks.
