Meri-Pohjolan opistopiiri has offered different continuing education services already for 54 years. The education organized with project funding has primarily been free of charge.

Oulu-opisto's courses are subject to a charge. Some project courses can be free of charge.
The Finnish Association of the Visually Impaired in North Ostrobothnia
Traditional methods of support include technical support, announcements and guidance. To ensure that the services are accessible to everyone, we offer face-to-face support, distance support and phone support. We also do house calls and contract work.
Please agree on a visit beforehand to ensure that a trainer is present.

eOppiva Digital Courses
eOppiva is the government’s shared learning platform which also includes open training courses. The courses are offered only in Finnish.
SeniorSurf
SeniorSurf strengthens the digital participation and supports digital guidance of senior citizens. SeniorSurf offers support and materials in English.
Yle Oppiminen
Yle Oppiminen – Media and Digital Skills guides people in the modern flood of information. Yle Oppiminen offers guidance only in Finnish.
Yle Digitreenit
Yle’s Digitreenit training offer help and tips for using phones, computers and online services. Yle’s Digitreenit training is only offered in Finnish.
Verkko haltuun Project’s Media Bank
The Verkko haltuun Project has created materials for easing your life online.
The materials are compiled on Padlet platforms. Padlet resembles an online noticeboard and you can find information under different titles. You can explore the contents by clicking the topic you want to learn more about. Materials are only offered in Finnish.
