Villa Victor's mentoring program is aimed at highly educated people with an immigrant background who live in Oulu or nearby areas and know enough Finnish to be able to discuss work-related matters in Finnish.

The program starts in October 2024 and ends in May 2025. We are looking for international actors for the program, and for them we look fo mentors who have a long experience of Finnish working life.
