Sport Services Price List

In Oulu, you can utilize many services with one card. The service selection includes  

• Exercise tickets at Oulu’s exercise facilities 

• Public transportation in the city 

• Payments based on agreements (for example, free-time services supported by employers) 

The card can be purchased from Oulu’s service desks (Oulu10 joint service desk or at exercise facilities). The cost is 3.00€. You may also use a Waltti card or an OuluCard you already own. The card will be recorded into the OuluCard system when you make your first purchase. The system supervises tickets, payments, and benefits in Oulu. 

OuluCard and Waltti card work in most of Oulu’s exercise facilities. Popular uses include: 

• Loading and using serial tickets and seasonal cards 

• Entry via automatic gates without standing in line at Oulu Swimming Pool, Raatti Swimming Pool, and Oulu Hall 

• Use of exercise services supported by employers or associations (requires a separate agreement) 

The number of tickets loaded into the card can be checked at exercise facility service desks and Oulu10 service desk. The automatic gates and self-service points present the number of remaining tickets and expiration dates of seasonal tickets loaded into the card when used. There is a check-up point at Oulu Swimming Pool where you can inspect what products have been loaded into the card.

• Children between 5-16 years old 
• Students, full-time and without pay at university, college, university of applied sciences, vocational school, or upper secondary school. 
• Unemployed, must present either a certificate from TE services (no more than 2 months old) or a receipt of the latest unemployment compensation. Admissable codes 02, 03, 07 and 08. The codes are presented in the job search certificate.
• Pensioners (does not include part-time pensioners) must present their pension decision or their pension card. 
• Conscripts and people undergoing non-military service  

You can go swimming, to the fitness gym, or play badminton with one single payment or one serial ticket. You can swim or use the gym for 1,5 hours and play badminton for 1 hour. You may also take part in guided group activities with a single payment or a serial ticket, unless the activity uses a different form of payment (seasonal or course payment). Old paper serial tickets are still valid in our exercise facilities. Serial tickets loaded onto OuluCard or Waltti Card are valid for 10 years from the day of purchase.  

Monthly cards for swimming and the fitness gym are sold separately and they are valid for 30 days from the day of purchase.

• SmartumPay (redeemed only on the day of purchase verified with a receipt) 

• Edenred Ticket Stimulus Check 

• E-passi Sport Pass (redeemed only on the day of purchase verified with a receipt)
