OUTI Libraries will join the national E-library on 1.1.2025

As of 1.1.2025, you will have access to the services of both the national E-library and the Northern eLibrary, which has been available since 2022.

Starting at the beginning of the new year, you will find Finnish and foreign language e-books and audio books, as well as Finnish magazines, in the E-library. The E-library can be used on your phone and tablet. You can download the E-library app for free from your app store.

The Northern eLibrary continues to offer foreign language e-books and audio books (OverDrive), newspapers (ePress), foreign magazines (PressReader), films (Cineast), singing and music lessons (Rockway), classical music (Naxos) and classical music documentaries and concerts (Medici.tv). As usual, you can access the Northern eLibrary's resources in your browser with your library card and PIN. For some services, a free app is also available.
