See you again on September 5, 2025 at Mannerheim Park!

Welcome to Oulu festival will take place again at Mannerheim Park during Oulu Days on September 5, 2025. The festival showcases Oulu-based organizations, clubs, hobby opportunities, and various city services, particularly for new residents who have recently moved to Oulu. The program stages will feature local talent and a diverse range of cultural performances.

The call for exhibitors is open

The Welcome to Oulu festival brings together local organizations and different departments of the City of Oulu to present their activities to the residents of Oulu. The call for exhibitors is open until August 10, 2025.

Programme
