Welcome to Oulu on September 5, 2025

Welcome to Oulu festival will take place again at Mannerheim Park during Oulu Päivät on September 5, 2025. The festival showcases Oulu-based organizations, clubs, hobby opportunities, and various city services, particularly for new residents who have recently moved to Oulu. The program stages will feature local talent and a diverse range of cultural performances.

A heartfelt thank you to the actors, performers, and visitors of the 2024 event. Together, we created a successful festival day at Mannerheim Park. See you again next time!
