Oulu comes to visit Mannerheim Park on September 6

Welcome to Oulu festival will take place on September 6 in Mannerheim Park from 13.00 to 18.00. The festival showcases local actors, organizations, hobby opportunities, and various services provided by the city of Oulu to new Oulu residents who have recently moved to the city. On the festival stage you will see Oulu-based performers and diverse culture.
