Thank you, Oulu, for an unforgettable New Year’s celebration!

The New Year's event at Rotuaari Square united the community to celebrate the arrival of the new year in a vibrant and dazzling atmosphere. Thanks to you, the evening was truly magical – a heartfelt thank you to all participants, performers, and everyone involved in organizing the event! 💙

The evening offered unforgettable moments: a warm New Year’s greeting from the Chair of the City Council, Jarmo J. Husso, the energetic dance performance by Backpain Dance Crew, the impressive circus and acrobatic show by Jukka-Pekka Matero, the dazzling magic show by Elias Kvist, the touching a cappella rendition of Finlandia Hymn by Joonas Vatjus, and the grand finale – the spectacular fire and pyro show by Tuluxxia. The event was beautifully hosted by the wonderful Marco Bjurström, with music provided by DJ NiceRice.

The event was organized in collaboration by Wadessa Oy and the City of Oulu.
